V E N U E - Dillingham Ranch Estate, O’ahu, Hawai‘i

V I B E - Ultra chic, elegant romance, with hints of vintage Hawaiiana, beautiful and sophisticated with muted pale greens, ivory and whites.

C E R E M O N Y - Loose orchids created a sophisticated aisle leading to a stunning ceremony under a 200-year-old Chinese banyan tree. Guests were greeted with white orchid leis and a woven lauhala fan that we had hand-tied the ceremony processional cards onto. A string quartet played “Home” by Ed Sharpe, “Riptide” by Vance Joy and “The Dog Days are Over” by Florence and the Machines for the bridal party.

C O C K T A I L S - Guest were entertained with live music by Maunalua, hand-passed appetizers and a open bar with bride and groom signature drinks.

R E C E P T I O N - Reception decor included starfish as guest seating tags, custom menus tied with a sprigs of florals, custom printed favors and handmade trail mix. Bride and groom were seated at a special sweetheart table as the bridal party danced their way in to the party. The couple and guests enjoyed a decadent five-tier all-white guava-and-chocolate-Kahlua wedding cake. Guests were treated to a Tahitian hula show and photo booth and ended the night with a dance party and DJ who got everyone out of their seats and out on the dance floor. To cap the night off Chef Foster set up a fancy grilled cheese bar, grilled on the spot to perfection.

A F T E R - P A R T Y - Set up with road-drinks and grilled cheese sandwiches, guests took a large bus back to Turtle Bay resort to enjoy an after-party at The Surfer Bar.
