Would you like to have a live musician at your Beach Ceremony? A live guitar player or violinist is a beautiful accent to your Hawaii Beach ceremony. We can also offer ukulele, but it does not sound as good or loud as acoustic guitar.

If you'd like to have a professional hair & make-up artist please list everyone that will need hair & makeup services below. We also need to know where you will be getting ready (hotel name or home address). Pricing will vary depending on who is available but we will get you custom quotes..
Would you like Extra Time with your Photographer? (price includes editing)

Included with your package is 1 hour of Professional Wedding Photography which will cover the ceremony plus about 30m. after the ceremony to do couple and family/group photos. This also includes 30 edited photos. Extra time with your photographer can be added on to cover getting ready at the hotel, more photos on the beach, more photos at a separate location, or photos at your dinner reception. Travel fees may apply. You may purchase additional edited photos at the end directly through your photographer. Prices will vary depending on the photographer. Your planner will get you a quote on extra time.
**Waimea Falls Pkgs. ONLY: Photography Add-On

Would you like to add on a 1 Hour Photo Session around Waimea Valley after your ceremony? This photo session is a chance for the couple, photographer, and/or videographer to select locations in the Valley for a special photoshoot. The fee includes a round-trip golf cart transportation for up to 5 people. If you choose to add this on the photo shoot will be from 5:30-6pm. The cost is $250 plus the cost of an extra hour of time with your photographer (each photographer may charge a slightly different hourly rate). This Photo Session takes you to some of the most picturesque spots around Waimea Valley for photos (and/or video).
Wedding Videography

Would you like to add on a Professional Wedding Videographer or a Best Day Ever Highlight Video? For a Professional Videographer - Cost will vary depending on the company chosen and can range from $800-$3,000. This cost usually includes a professional video team, a highlight video, and a high-res DVD keepsake.

Live Stream

Would you like livestream video services at your ceremony? If yes we can set up a professional video team who will have microphones and cameras at different angles set up so that your family at home can be at the ceremony with you virtually. You will have a live-video link to send to them with a private website. Prices vary depending on who is available (about $695-$995)
Lunch, Dinner OR Luau?
Would you like us to assist you with a few suggestions on where to take guests after your ceremony? We can assist with one of the following: lunch, dinner or luau. Please choose one, and list out any other specific details you have in mind. ie - I'd like to take guests to a luau that is near my hotel OR I'd like to take guests out to dinner after my ceremony, I'd prefer seafood and local inspired fresh foods, also I'd like a place that is kid-friendly OR I'd like a place for dinner that has great views and I'd like to spend about $100 per person (not including drinks).
