SETUP NOTES:

Please provide us with as many details with any decor setup. We want to make sure enough time is allotted for setup and is coordinated properly and efficiently with the Venue and other vendors. Please email us photos of guest favors, programs, signage, decor items, if not of the actual item, at least a sample of it. Please provide us with samples of your programs, a proof via email is fine. You may email us at BestDayEverHawaii@gmail.com.
