Let us set you up with both a location and time that will create an amazing and memorable wedding experience.
⇾ Top-notch, professional wedding photographer - 1hour (edited photos for ceremony plus 30m family and couple beach photos) with an award winning wedding photographer. We only use the best photographers. All the photos on our website are through our featured Best Day Ever photographers.
⇾ Licensed wedding officiant or minister. After having done hundreds of weddings, we have gathered the islands best officiants and added them to our Best Day Ever team. We’ll hand-pick an officiant that is the best fit for you as a couple. Are you looking for a religious ceremony, something more traditional, or maybe you want something with Hawaiian traditions intertwined. You tell us your vision and we’ll set you up with an officiant perfect for your dream Hawaii wedding.
⇾ Beautiful Bride and Groom Leis. When in Hawaii, you should do a lei ceremony. It’s a fun and beautiful island tradition that we will help you incorporate into your wedding ceremony. It shows that on this special day you are choosing each other as lovers and companions for life. We provide you with a beautiful hand-madel Maile Lei, wrapped with Pikake and a hand-made, 3-strand Pikake lei. These are very fragrant beautiful traditional Hawaiian leis that you will present to one another during the ceremony. Your officiant will guide you through the special ceremony. You may choose to forego this ceremony if you wish and just wear the leis later in the evening.
⇾ Natural Vine Aisle, Ceremony Decor & Tossing Petals. We hand-pick Hawaiian vines the morning of your wedding and will burry them in the sand creating a beautiful aisle that you will walk down. You may choose to add Hawaiian flowers to the aisle for an extra fee. Tossing rose petals are also included for guests to toss after you say “I do”. It’s a fun way to celebrate after making it official. Also - the petal toss makes for amazing photos!
⇾ Complimentary Assistance with Vendor Bookings. This is a big one! You will be assigned your own personal wedding planner available to you 24/7 by email. She will assist you with booking everything needed for your wedding ceremony including - hair and makeup, videography, florals, a live musician and transportation. The best part is that we get special discounted vendor pricing and pass that savings (often hundreds of dollars) directly on to you!
⇾ A personal wedding planner assigned to you to assist with vendor bookings, and all wedding-related questions. Have questions about setting up transportation at different hotel locations? She can help you to set up a shuttle that will make multiple stops. Want to create a custom bouquet and matching boutonniere for your groom? She can set this up too - plus we’ll pick up the flowers for you on the morning of the wedding. Questions on hotels, where to have dinner after the ceremony, how to get a custom wedding cake made? Ask your planner - she will help you to create an unforgetable wedding experience.
