The Full and Partial Planning packages are for couples who want a custom wedding and need coordination of both the wedding ceremony and a full reception. They need assistance with the planning of the event plus complete management of the day-of. They want to have a private reception at a private venue and usually also want to include dinner, dancing, speeches, a first dance, etc.

FULL PLANNING VS. PARTIAL PLANNING

The main difference between Full Planning and Partial Planning is with the Full Planning package we do a complete and custom budget outline at the start of planning. What does this mean? What it means is that we get to know you a bit and get a good feel for your wedding vision then take all the things that are important to you and figure out how to best include as much as possible into a budget that you are comfortable with. We break down the cost of vendors and venues for you so that you can see exactly where your money is going. You will get a custom breakdown of our top venue options that we think will be the best fit for you based on your vision and your budget and then we’ll help you to choose a wedding venue. This venue analysis is key, as it makes the rest of the planning so much easier when you can choose a venue based on your total budget. Once the venue is booked, we will allocate a separate budget for all other vendors and help you to stick to the budget by booking each vendor for you one by one. If you spend more in one area, we give you ideas on how to cut back in other areas. With the full planning, we handle everything and give you the best possible options with full details, hidden costs and notes while you make all final decisions.

Partial Planning is a bit different. With Partial Planning you should already be about half way through the planning process. You should have your venue booked and some of your vendors. We usually take over after the start of planning is done and help you to finalize vendor bookings, booking up to 4 vendors for you. Custom choices and options are researched and presented with price breaks and discounts. You still get to make all the final decisions. We are just guiding you to help make sure that you get the best possible vendors for the best possible pricing.

With both the Partial and Full Planning we are helping you through the planning process and guiding you along the way. You basically just wait for e-mails from us to see what your “Top Options” are and then you make the final decisions based on our research. By booking us early in the process (at least a few months out), we are able to save you hundreds to thousands of dollars by booking vendors through us instead of on your own. We pass all savings and discounted rates directly to you. More often than not, our fees are made up by the money we are able to save you by you letting us get the price quotes for you.

We also manage, coordination, set up, break down, plan and execute everything on the wedding day. We run the rehearsal, create a timeline and layout, help organize your seating chart, manage vendors, set up favors, etc. We are usually on-site for 10+ hours on a wedding day and are generally the first to arrive and last to leave. We feel it is our job to make sure EVERYTHING is handled, so that you and your guests can really soak in and enjoy your ~ Best Day Ever!

With both the Partial and Full Planning we are available by email 24/7 to answer any wedding planning questions you may have from “Should we allow kids at our wedding” to “When is the right time to send out invitations” to “How long do I really need to have a photographer at my wedding?”.
